Client Ops Kit products are digital downloads sold as one-time purchases.
All sales are final
Because these are instant digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered.
When we will help
If something goes wrong on our side, we will make it right. Contact us if:
- You paid but did not receive access to the download
- The files are corrupted or incomplete
- You were charged more than once for the same product
In those cases we will either restore access, re-send the files, or issue a refund — whichever fixes the problem cleanly.
How to contact us
Email support@clientopskit.com with your order email and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, we may not be able to help further. Please reach out so we can resolve it directly.
